While I was taking pictures, I got to talking to one of the mechanics there. He told me that they had pulled this locomotive out of the woods about three years ago. He said it had trees growing out of the hood and was really rusty. They had to replace the wheels to get it out. Good to see another locomotive given a new life. Love the paint job! |
